We are passionate about our social purpose, and as an anchor organisation in the West Midlands we offer homes for affordable rent, outright sale and shared ownership across the region. Our ambitious and exciting 2020-23 strategy is built on our purpose that Home is our foundation for life, and in it weve made three core pledges and set out seven focused objectives to ensure that we help our communities, and the people in them, to thrive.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this is an opportunity to ensure that we are consistently the best landlord that we can possibly be. Our new COO will have a significant strategic impact across a broad housing agenda by leading experienced and dedicated teams across customer services, housing services, property services, strategic asset management and repairs and maintenance. Alongside leading the largest combined team within Citizen, and providing efficient and modern services, the COO will be a core member of our strategic Executive Leadership team, contributing to our future direction, development and success.

We work at pace, and we want a results focused leader who will form strong partnerships and thrive in our inclusive and empowering culture. As an inspirational and highly customer focused leader, your career to date may have progressed in another sector, although what is certain is that youll share our passion for social housing and bring skills which will make a positive difference to our communities. Highly people focused, youll demonstrate the extensive emotional intelligence required to lead and influence change, improving already high performance standards in a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation.
