What the training programme involves

Joining a dedicated professional Engineering team, you will embark on a 12 month training programme as part of an Agile development team; working closely with a technical mentor, who will help you to develop the business and technological knowledge and skills required to flourish within the business.

What youll get from the programme

By the end of the training programme, you should be able to demonstrate good knowledge of:

Agile software development, DevOps and testing technologies

Software engineering, testing, DevOps, security, infrastructure and geospatial engineering

Programming languages and tools assigned to your core area

Upon successful completion of the training programme, you will be offered a permanent contract in a relevant Engineering role. Example roles include:

Associate Engineer, Software Engineer, Test Analyst, Test Engineer, Support Engineer

Location

This role will be based at our state-of-the-art Headquarters in Southampton. However, all our people, where they can are currently working from home.

Duration

12 month fixed term contract.
