We are looking for individuals to join recently appointed directors to work across the authority to deliver the Council's ambitious plans.
Head of Talent and Resourcing - As the Head of Talent and Resourcing you will be key to our drive to ensure we have the best people in the organisation delivering quality services to our residents. You will lead the âinsourcing of the Councils permanent recruitment team; continue the development of the councils apprenticeship scheme; create coherent talent pipelines and lead the L&D function.
Head of Employment, Reward and Transformation - The Head of Employment, Reward and Transformation is a key role that will bring various facets of HR services together from the review and modernisation of HR policies, diversity and inclusion, the Councils Reward proposition to transformational HR projects. Additionally, you will lead the HR advice team including the management of casework to ensure timely and professional support to colleagues across the organisation.
Head of HR Support Services - This is a new role that is critical to services for employees through improved infrastructure, including the introduction of an improved ERP system that will lead to greater automation, digitisation and employee and manager self-service. You will lead the payroll, data and HR support teams and through improved data management you will develop effective workforce analytics and case management across the authority.
