Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Business Partner (0226)

Location: The Pears National Centre for Autism Education

Salary: Circa £40,000 (depending on skills and experience) Band 6

Contract Type: Full Time Vacancy 

Type: Fixed Term Contract

Do you have a passion for equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and would like the opportunity to help shape and develop an open, diverse workplace improving equality and inclusion for everyone?

This may be the role for you as we are looking for someone with the drive to help us to implement an organisational wide EDI strategy and plan to improve equality, diversity and inclusion in our workplace.

We're looking for someone who can make a difference in the organisation by using their ideas to help develop and implement our EDI strategy and plan to ensure we attract, recruit and retain a diverse workforce where difference is valued. Is this you?

You'll need to have experience of implementing a strategy and action plan to increase equality, diversity and inclusion and be able to articulate and communicate the case that looks to transform culture embracing valuing difference.

This is a one-year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will predominantly work from home during covid-19 but will require some travel to our sites.
