At First Choice Homes Oldham we are committed to our mission of being a trusted provider of quality homes, delivering excellent landlord and support services, and helping in the creation of thriving and independent communities. Managing approximately 11,500 homes, we are proud to be an independent, not-for-profit housing association with the highest regulatory (G1/V1) rating. We also do much more than provide and manage housing, as we care for and support our customers through a range of services to help improve people's lives.

We are now looking for outstanding first-time or experienced Non-Executive Directors to join us as part of our succession planning and as we embark upon an exciting period of organisational change and growth. Able to bring considerable strategic leadership experience and fresh perspectives to our Board, we are particularly looking for expertise in property development, asset management (including repairs and maintenance), housing management and strategic human resources. Alongside professional skills in one of these three areas, you may additionally bring insight of value into marketing and communications. 

Youll demonstrate strategic leadership experience from progressive and people-centric organisations, along with an energetic style and a focus on high levels of performance as we deliver the best possible customer and community outcomes.
