Job Description

£140k plus benefits

At First Choice Homes Oldham we are committed to our mission of being a trusted provider of quality homes, delivering excellent landlord and support services, and helping in the creation of thriving and independent communities. Managing approximately 11,500 homes, we are proud to be an independent, not-for-profit housing association with the highest regulatory (G1/V1) rating. We also do much more than provide and manage housing, as we care for and support our customers through a range of services to help improve people's lives.

We are now looking for an ambitious and experienced strategic leader to guide us through an exciting period of organisational change, bringing fresh perspectives to everything that we do. Alongside delivering the new strategic plan, our new Chief Executive will have a positive impact on regeneration and community agendas, building sustainable relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. By communicating a clear vision for the future, this is the perfect opportunity for an inclusive leader looking for an organisation where they can innovate, create and transform.

With an insight into the multi-stakeholder and regulated environment in which we operate, youll have progressed your leadership career in a continuous improvement and people-centric culture. Resilient and persuasive, your visionary approach will be just as important as your passion for what we do as we deliver the best possible community outcomes. Youll have credibility, impact and an engaging stylex that will ensure we achieve our considerable potential.
