FTP Process Mapping Analyst

The role

We are looking for a FTP Process Mapping Analyst to join our Bromley team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you will be doing

To deliver consistent process documentation at the levels agreed between the parties at the appropriate agreed level. To ensure all agreed aspects are covered in the process documentation to ensure that the overall outcomes for the services and deliverables is achieved. Support the workstream in building process taxonomies in order for the Workstream to understand where efficiencies in processes can be obtained.

Create detailed process mapping of the As-Is and To-Be processes within the Process, Re-engineering and Automation (PRA) project specifically working on the Working Day timetable rationalisation initiative.

Key Accountabilities

Create detailed process maps incorporating key controls, tasks, process dependencies in the As-Is process and highlight any gaps and/or observations of areas to improve through SME input   

Create To-Be process maps and documents for the team to be used in transitioning to the future state process within the project timelines.

Conduct process mapping interviews and liaise directly with SME's

Create procedure documents to be used for business readiness activities

Gain detailed understanding current process and control points from the relevant process owners/ teams

Capture information on changes which would take place in the very near future in each of the processes

Prepare process maps based on current processes in operation at agreed level of detail reflecting the details of control points

Ensure all relevant information is captured on the process maps and they are consistent where relevant ensuring positive engagement with all required stakeholders

Obtain review-based confirmation on the draft process maps and agree on changes required

Perform required changes and obtain final approvals

Skills and qualities

Significant experience in capturing end to end processes

Significant experience in managing stakeholders ensuring completeness of work

Significant Finance and Insurance experience

Advanced MS Visio skills and knowledge of MS Teams
