An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Senior employment adviser to join the Member relations team in NI on a permanent contract
All our advisers are based at home and the post-holder will be expected to travel to employer sites allocated within their respective area.
In your new role you will be:
-working across HSC Trusts and associated organisation
-be responsible for providing high quality advice, assistance and representation to BMA members in Northern Ireland
What you need:
-degree or post graduate qualification in Human Resources/Employee relations or Law
-5 years` experience of advising/representing employees and/or employers, preferably in a health, social care setting
-effective presentation skills with strong interpersonal, negotiating and networking skills are essential requirements.
