Our Project Manager will take responsibility for developing and driving our new Emerging Markets Partner Transitioning Program, including managing partner assessments, training, internal staff hiring and organizing the MEA tool program. Reporting to the Regional Service Leader, you will be working with various EMEA functions, sales, finance, legal, facility management, Product Support & Training. Being located or able to commute to our Cambridge offices would be a plus. This role may also be located in the Middle East region.

You will have a good understanding of Emerging Markets and have a customer solutions / Life Science industry background. You will be able to demonstrate working at pace, multi tasking and have both strategic and tactical execution skills. You will be happy to travel as part of this role to support regional projects and enjoy interfacing with team members across the company. You will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy the mental challenge of problem solving.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and drive all current and future Emerging Markets projects and being the central point dealing with all individual contributors and departments are depending on for these project
Drive the new EMEA Emerging Markets transitioning program including partner assessment, training, tools, facilitate internal staff hiring
Project Manage a new Illumina Centre of excellence including commercial office, training laboratory & showroom by building on our project plans already successful established Solution Centres in Berlin and Paris. Utilise best practice for planning future centres in regions
Collaborate with Service Leaders, Departmental Stakeholders and other regional and global functions to establish requirements and specifications for a Partner On boarding program
Develop a tool and spare parts program to drive customer satisfaction in the region
Support turnkey and infrastructure projects on compliance and validation requirements
Education:
Professional relevant degree or relevant professional experience
Project Management qualification or extensive experience
