Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in-person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward whoever they are, and whatever their problem.

As a product designer at Citizens Advice, youll be excited by the challenge of designing services that work across multiple channels, devices, browsers, and platforms. You and your team will ensure were building meaningful, accessible, inclusive, and secure services. Youll be an active member of the product design team; contributing to our design direction and choices, sharing your skills and learning from others.

Youll be comfortable providing feedback and sharing your skills and experience with other designers in the team, participating in a supportive environment where human-centered design is valued and can succeed. Youre able to see the bigger picture as well as the fine detail, understand how to design in an agile environment. Its a great bonus if you can sketch in code as well as on paper.

Youll work with product managers, user researchers, service designers, content designers, data people, developers, and delivery experts in an agile environment. Youll have access to the latest equipment needed to do your best work; including MacBooks, Google Suite, and prototyping tools.

We're looking for someone passionate about designing services for the most vulnerable and helping solve societys most complex problems. Our products will impact peoples everyday lives. Its an exciting thing to be part of. We need you.
