About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to act as a key support to the Talent Acquisition Team predominately in Wythall but also offering support to our Edinburgh colleagues when needed. This individual will be responsible for owning some of the processes and be looked upon as a super user on our new HR platform that is being implemented this year.
The successful candidate will also heavily drive and be accountable for the way in which we bring in Work Experience and Work Placements, facilitating and providing support for our assessment centres and looking at ways to make our candidate experience the best it can be.
We are looking for individuals who are pro-active and natural problem solvers who can think outside the box and are happy to get stuck into whatever comes their way. By nature, Phoenix is a fast paced environment so we would need someone who can cope with working under pressure and often in ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Back office system administration of the new HR platform launching in the summer
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead for the Technology project- specifically what the new Recruit platform will look like
• Owning the candidate experience after offer- touchpoints/communications/setting them up for success/1st day check in
• Work experience/ work placements- system set up/point of contact for the business to initiate this programme
• Support the team with CV searches and sifting
• Support the team with interview booking and interview content preparation
• Ownership of the Day 1 Right to Work process for all new starters
• Working with the HR Administrators to ensure back office system changes for external and internal hires are initiated
• Liaising with our 3rd party provider on any contract and offer queries
• Managing the Recruitment inbox
• Managing Invoices
• Facilitating early careers/graduates and assessment centres
• Supporting the team on other recruitment activities
Essential
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Competent in using various computer systems
• Confident managing multiple prioritise
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Pro-active and positive attitude
• Strong communicator at all levels
Desirable
• Previous project experience
• Previous Financial experience
• CIPD level 3
