We are looking for a motivated individual to ensure Bedfordshire Fire & Rescue Service recruit sufficient suitably skilled employees to the appropriate roles at the right time to support organisational needs.
Based at: Service Headquarters, Kempston
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £31,371 to £34,788 per annum
Under the direction of the HR Resourcing manager, you will develop appropriate plans to meet future needs addressing any shortfalls in staffing levels and talent requirements; supporting the overall talent management and succession planning philosophy, drawing on best practice and benchmarking against other organisations.
You will need to hold a recognised qualification, e.g. CIPD workforce planning course or equivalent work experience in workforce planning in a large organisation and have in-depth knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools and software. You will also need significant experience in the analysis and interpretation of data, producing reports that assist in organisation decision making.
