In this role youâll produce, edit and maintain high quality digital content across an exciting portfolio of websites that attracts millions of users every year. Working across a range of formats and platforms, youâll handle support requests from across the organisation and ensure our websites are up to date and running smoothly.
Working as part of a collaborative and innovative team of digital content, development and data specialists, youâll help to develop and deliver our content and editorial plans, advising colleagues on how to meet user needs, organisational goals and digital best practice. Youâll ensure our high standards are consistently applied and use analytics and CRM systems to manage data and produce reports to track performance.
Youâll also support and contribute ideas to the ongoing development and optimisation of NCVOâs websites, including assisting with user research and testing of new products and website features.
With excellent editorial skills and a high attention to detail, youâll have experience working with copy, images and multimedia such as video and podcasts. Youâll have an up-to-date grasp of digital technologies, including a working knowledge of HTML, and experience using content management systems â with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
A digital advocate with a passion for content design, youâre a creative thinker and a proactive team player who enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.
