Full Time (37.5 hpw)
Salary £4.35 to £8.21 per hour, depending on age (this is reflective of NMW)

Our award winning apprenticeship programme has been designed to get our customers on the career ladder! (How awesome is that!) Dont be put off by the word apprentice as you can be any age to apply.
 
So whats so great about this apprenticeship? Well, your wage will be higher than the national apprenticeship minimum wage, so start planning what to spend that extra cash on! Youll be employed for a 12 month period to get stacks of experience and launch your career! Youll start at NVQ level 2 (equivalent to a GCSE) with a possible progression to level 3 (equivalent to A-levels) and many apprentices secure a permanent role with us! Who knows where future you will end up!

About the role
Youll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about providing brilliant customer service.  To us were not just a team were a work family. Our manager is April Lynn, April has been with Home Group for 4 years and has worked in different departments during her time here. April brings a wealth of business knowledge to the team.
 
April loves all things pooch and has 3 lovely dogs who she enjoys nurturing, April brings this passion of nurturing to her team and will help her team grow from strength to strength.
 
There will be 5.5 of us in the Registered Services Centre of Excellence team, Geoff, Tony, Stephen, Anastasia and Nicole work alongside April, who currently help support the wider business in all Administration for our Registered Services.
Tony has a passion for bike riding and often rides into work, Tony also enjoys going on family bike rides in his spare time.
Geoff really enjoys watching films and is a genius in all things films in our team quizzes.
Stephen also enjoys watching films and in his spare time also likes to read a good book.

Anastasia has studied numerous design courses in the past therefore, she enjoys anything related to building design, travelling in her spare time, viewing different architecture and learning about new culture. Anastasia also knows different languages which helps her bond with people from various walk of life.  

In Business Support we cover centres of excellence and Belmont is home to the Registered Services team. Our team help to support the CQC services to deliver successful outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained at all times to adhere to CQC guidelines.
 
Working hours for this apprentice are 37.5 and usually between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday.
 
Who were looking for
 
You can apply for this apprenticeship if you are a current or former Home Group customer.
 
Ideally you will have good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and basic Microsoft Office Skills but before long youll be a real whizz!   You be great at working with people as part of a team, but must be able to work independently and use your initiative. Youll be keen to learn from others how to prioritise and manage your work load, but an eye for detail is important.
