Salary: £36,876.00 rising to £40,760.00 per annum
The role of HRIS Analyst involves providing system support for existing and new applications across the service. Development and maintenance of the HR/Payroll Information System (HRIS) (MHR iTrent and SAP Business Objects) ensuring the system is configured correctly, maximising reporting capabilities, applying enhancements and upgrades to optimise functional capability and statutory obligations.
The essential criteria for the role of the HRIS Analyst includes good qualifications in literacy and numeracy. In depth experience of configuring and maintaining HR Systems including the use of user-defined forms, building of process chains, workflows, batch scheduling, analysing, manipulating and structuring data to create meaningful reports in SAP Business Objects. Writing user acceptance testing scripts, undertaking system testing and upgrades impact analysis. The use of good communication skills to provide advice, guidance, system support and coaching of others.
