Scope of the internship:

The Process Control Intern is responsible for providing ongoing technical support of the operations within Sales Ops and Customer Data . In this role the Process Control Intern is tasked with developing, recommending and deploying the mechanisms which will contribute to the improvement of operational control and efficiency.

This position works closely and cross-functionally with management and other Commercial functions.

Main Responsibilities:

    Coordinate process control projects from design to implementation
    Lead activities to optimize and improve process control systems and procedures
    Troubleshoot and develop solutions for problems encountered with control systems and applications
    Support group of Sales Ops and Customer Data Specialists and management
    Design, develop and maintain local tools used in Sales Ops and Customer Data
    Train personnel on new and existing systems and applications
    Ensure efficient and faultless operations

Requirements:

    Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems
    Very good overall computer skills (MS Office, SAP is an asset)
    VBA and SQL programming experience
    Experience with web applications using HTML, JavaScript, CSS and PHP
    High level of mathematical and analytical reasoning skills.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to translate needs into technical solution
    Customer service oriented

Examples of daily activities:

    Create VBA script for maintaining multiple customer pricing databases
    Record/adjust scripts (Winshuttle, Data Loader, Demand Tools) for automatic data entry in core systems (SAP, SFDC)
    Create automated workflows for data acquisition and manipulation  
    Raise IT request and ensure resolution for defects encountered
