Job Description

ActionAid UK are recruiting for a CRM and Data Warehouse Project Manager, who will be responsible for project managing the implementation of a CRM and a Data Warehouse system.

In 2019 ActionAid UK (AAUK) will begin a project to procure and implement a new Data Warehouse and CRM system, so that we can meet our strategic objectives and deliver the best possible experience to our supporters going forward.

In order to achieve this, we are recruiting a CRM and Data Warehouse Project Manager, who will be responsible for project managing the implementation of both the CRM and the Data Warehouse systems.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the projects conform to AAUKs project management framework and that they meet the project timelines and budgetary requirements.

The successful applicant will be responsible for procuring the new CRM and for putting together an internal project team, who will work together to replace existing systems with one solution that meets the needs of ActionAid and its supporters.

As part of the role, you will manage the relationship with prospective suppliers throughout the procurement process and will then act as the primary point of contact for external implementation partners, consultants and other third parties.

You will be required to present to Senior Leadership Team and Leadership Group on a quarterly basis, and potentially attend board discussions that relate to the new systems, in order to update them on the progress of the projects.

In order to succeed within this role, you must have extensive experience of the successful implementation of data warehouse and cloud-based CRM systems, including integration with other business systems, ideally in a charity context.

More specifically, you must have managed an end to end CRM implementation project; working with either Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, within a Fundraising environment.

You must also have proven experience of project managing digital and system migration projects, along with excellent stakeholder management skills, and at least a working knowledge of a charity fundraising environment.

If you have this, along with demonstrable experience of working on of projects that deliver a large-scale change, we are keen to receive your application.

Please note that this role is being offered as a two-year fixed term contract.
