Job Description

This position will act as the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors within the Music Department. You will provide the highest level of customer service and ensure general technical support and practice supervision is available.  

Applications are welcome from proactive, flexible, organised individuals with good communication and interpersonal skills to undertake a variety of administrative, technical and organisational tasks to support the curriculum and on-site concert set ups, which will require heavy lifting of instruments and equipment and travelling across the campus. 

   

It's important that you've had previous experience in this type of technical role with the ability to understand, support and empathise with a diverse range of student needs.
