About us

We are Time to Change an ambitious, England-wide social movement which aims to end the stigma and discrimination faced by people with mental health problems, including those from disadvantaged and marginalised communities. Time to Change is run by the charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, with funding from the Department of Health and Social Care, Comic Relief and the Big Lottery Fund using national lottery funding.

So, if you are a hardworking and motivated individual, come and join the Community Leadership team, to support and equip people with lived experience to be effective Champions, leaders and custodians of phase three of the Time to Change social movement.

About the role

You will relish the challenge of a varied and busy workload. Working on your own initiative, you will prioritise work, plan efficiently and manage multiple tasks including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and expense claims, and assisting with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.

This role is to cover our current Team Assistant who is currently on secondment.

You will provide admin support for both office-based staff and dispersed workers across the English regions, including booking travel and accommodation, organising meetings, and taking minutes.
