The Gambling Commission are now looking for a Finance Business Partner to play a key role within their Finance Department.

As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality management information for both financial and non-financial matters.

Working with Managers and budget holders across the business, you will ensure that MI needs are met and close working relationships are forged effectively.

As an integral part of the Gambling Commission’s strategic decision making process, you will identify key issues and provide appropriate recommendations to aid decision making.

Your work will cover the key financial areas of budgets, monthly forecasts and the medium term financial plan and you will be expected to provide key information surrounding these areas to the Executive Group and Board of Commissioners.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills

As the Finance Business Partner, you will need strong relationship-building skills with the capability to forge ties with those at all levels of an organisation. The ability to challenge others and first-class communication skills are also key.
