Job Description

3 days per week North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT) is a centre of excellence for health care in the South West region as well as one of the largest hospital trusts in the UK with an annual turnover of £544 million. You will pull on your ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders, drawing from your experience from the private, public or not-for-profit sectors. You will be an experienced NED able to demonstrate good political awareness, financial acumen and commercial awareness. You will have a track record of success transforming cultures within complex organisations and be committed to our vision of being a clinically led organisation with devolved decision making to frontline staff. A visible leader, you will have a passion for driving quality and improving clinical outcomes and a deep rooted commitment to improving healthcare for your local community.
