You will inspire confidence in others, providing constructive challenge and support where needed to make change happen. You will pull on your ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders, drawing from your experience from the private, public or not-for-profit sectors. You will be an experienced NED able to demonstrate good political awareness, financial acumen and commercial awareness. You will have a track record of success transforming cultures within complex organisations and be committed to our vision of being a clinically led organisation with devolved decision making to frontline staff. A visible leader, you will have a passion for driving quality and improving clinical outcomes and a deep rooted commitment to improving healthcare for your local community.
