Part-Time Administration Assistant TUC Education (Scotland)

Grade 4, £26,020 pro rata
17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Permanent
Based at John Smith House, West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 4RZ
The post-holder will assist in the day-to-day administrative work of trade union education in the Glasgow office, in particular supporting the delivery of trade union education. In addition to acting as an initial information point for trade union education, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
proven experience in an administrative/or office environment
good ICT skills including MS Office Word, database and Excel
able to effectively prioritise work tasks
good attention to details
sound organisation skills
effective communication skills
able to work to targets and deadlines without close supervision
