35 hours per week Salary Range £30,372 to £32,195 Essential Car User Allowance up to £3,566; Contributory Pension Scheme Based in Stockton on Tees What is North Star? We are looking for a self motivated, enthusiastic, customer focussed person to join our Property Services team. You will be responsible for implementing a high performing, customer focussed repairs, maintenance and voids service, which ensures that all of our properties are kept in a good state of repair and that North Star complies with Health & Safety obligations and regulatory requirements. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to travel between sites and have a passion to develop both yourself and the service. Previous housing experience is not essential but you will have a good technical knowledge of building construction and repair diagnostic skills. How do I apply?
