Job Description

Strategic Assets & Property Directorate MRICS Commercial Property Surveyors We are expanding our talented strategic assets team so if you are an MRICS qualified general practice surveyor with 2 or more years commercial experience we want to hear from you. We manage a diverse property portfolio ranging from small industrial starter units promoting jobs and business to substantial blue chip investment properties. We are also a major land owner and developer shaping the future of Nottingham. Our team is highly commercial in its approach undertaking an exciting range of work. Each day dealing with property management, acquisition of blue chip investments, development schemes, valuations, disposals and supporting the many and varied functions of the wider business. We also provide consultancy advice on a commercial basis to the public sector. You will be part of a skilled and supportive team enjoying the autonomy to deliver the income target for your portfolio of commercial property. You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive out value including: Refurbishment and planned maintenance proposals Deciding when to invest and when it is right to sell and release capital Negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals Recruiting new business tenants You will be provided with the tools and training to do the job, the opportunity to gain further experience, real career progression, and be involved in making important decisions on exciting projects.
