Job Description

£20,460 full time salary per annum Full time and part time considered. Shifts will be between Monday to Saturday, normally between 8am and 11pm* excluding lunch breaks. *(locking up during RADA shows will require staff to be available until 12.30am) The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art has a worldwide reputation for training actors, stage managers and technical specialists for careers at the highest level in theatre, television, film and radio. RADA, as a founding affiliate of the Conservatoire for Dance and Drama, is a designated Higher Education Institution. We are looking for Receptionists to work on our busy front desks across the Academy. You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the Reception and ensuring reception, and customer service processes, standards and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times. You will also be responsible for recording student attendance, collating registers and supporting the Box Office by selling and issuing tickets. The successful candidate will have past reception and customer service experience and will have worked in a commercial venue. You will also have experience of responding to customer requests and complaints therefore being articulate and have clear communication skills. We require someone who is also proactive and has the ability to exercise strong initiative whilst also being able to follow critical procedures in detail.
