For people with learning disabilities and their families Salary: £16,931.20 per annum (pro rata) Hours: Vary depending on role (Permanent Full-time and Part-time positions available) Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality services to children and adults with learning disabilities and their families, in North London. We are looking for friendly, energetic people to promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of those we support; to empower them to make choices and help them build and maintain relationships with their family and friends. As a Support Worker, you will provide support to children and/or adults with a range of mild, moderate and severe learning disabilities this could be in their homes, at supported housing projects, at our Centre or out and about accessing exciting activities! So if you are positive, flexible, have good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills, Support Work may be just right for you! We have a range of full-time and part-time permanent vacancies available. Previous experience in this role is not essential, as we are fully committed to staff development. As part of this, we will provide you with an in-depth induction, as well as ongoing training and support for you to learn everything you will need to be a great Support Worker! BANK OPPORTUNITIES £8.42 PER HOUR, VARIABLE HOURS We also offer Bank Support Work roles, which are ideally suited to people who are looking for flexibility and variety in their work. Bank hours will be optional and are not guaranteed, any hours accepted will be agreed on an ongoing basis. Hourly rates may also vary, depending on which projects you work on.
