Job Description

Registry Officer (Maternity Cover)
Fixed term post September 2017-April 2018
Salary 22,000 - 24,000 per annum (will be pro rata for the eight months).

The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art has a worldwide reputation for training actors, stage managers and technical specialists for careers at the highest level in theatre, television, film and radio. RADA, as a founding affiliate of the Conservatoire for Dance and Drama, is a designated Higher Education Institution.

We are looking for an administrator as part of maternity cover arrangements. This post is suitable for a strong administrator (including recent graduates) who is good both at detailed work and with other people. The role includes administering our student data systems, operating our scholarship scheme for students and working on projects across the Student and Academic Services team. You will be in direct and regular contact with our students, teaching staff and colleagues across the Academy.

This is a good opportunity for someone interested in higher education administration. You'll be working in a world-leading conservatoire helping RADA students achieve their potential.

We especially welcome applications from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds as these groups are under-represented at all levels in the RADA staff.

Closing date for applications: 5pm on Monday 07 August 2017.
Interviews will be held as soon as possible after this date.
