Strategic Assets & Property Directorate General Practice Surveyors, Business Partners and Information Specialists We are expanding our talented strategic assets team so whether you are an MRICS qualified general practice surveyor with 3 to 5 years commercial and private sector experience, an Information and Data Specialist, or have technical GIS mapping skills, or understand how to align an Asset Management Plan to coordinate and deliver service priorities, we want to hear from you. Our team is highly commercial in its approach dealing with an exciting range of work. Each day dealing with property management, acquisition of blue chip investments, investment plans, valuations, disposals and supporting the many and varied functions of the wider business. As well as this, we provide consultancy advice on a commercial basis to the private and public sectors. You will be provided with the tools and training to do the job, the opportunity to gain further experience, real career progression, and be involved in making important decisions on exciting projects.
