The Role This Head of Service post provides an ideal career opportunity for a motivated building services professional in a core city with a significant property portfolio. You will lead and manage a multimillion pound business consisting of 85 staff in the following service areas; Design Services, Property Maintenance, Facilities Management and Support Services. The successful candidate will have experience of providing effective leadership, transformational change and developing a strong performance culture. Commercial growth is at the heart of our strategy and you will drive growth in our business. Proven experience and a track record of success in facilities and building services at a senior level is essential, along with an aptitude to work closely with councillors, partners and colleagues to continue to deliver our vision for the City.
