Job Description

Salary: 16,653 pro rata, per annum (i.e. 9.15 per hour)
Hours of work: Part time, 10 hours per week (worked over two days; ideally Monday and Thursday, but would consider Tuesday and Thursday working)
Location: Hartfields, Hartlepool
Term: 6 month fixed term

The JRHT strives to deliver excellent services, demonstrate best practice and influence service providers across the UK.

Within our care services operation, we provide housing, care and support services for older people that enable individuals to maintain their independence and live full and active lives. Hartfields is an extra care facility with 242 self contained properties and home to over 300 residents.

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support cash and finance administration and reconciliations at Hartfields, as well as assisting the Care Finance Officer with other relevant tasks.

The successful candidate will be numerate, with basic book-keeping abilities; be able to work accurately, and possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office IT applications, including use of Excel spreadsheets and use of basic formula, as well as good time management and organisational skills.

The post is available as a maternity cover, for a fixed term period of 6 months, in the first instance.
