Fixed Term Contract to 31 December 2016

The International Transport Workersí Federation (ITF), a London-based international federation of around 700 unions in 150 countries representing over 4.5 million transport workers, is looking for a Section Assistant (D3) in the Travel and Events Department on a fixed term contract to 31 December 2016 to be based in London and to start as soon as possible.

This is a challenging and interesting opportunity for the successful candidate within the ITF Secretariat and one that will need considerable experience of travel and events management including being fully conversant with airline CRS systems, fares and ticketing procedures as well as good organisational and communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English is essential and a good working knowledge of another language will be valuable owing to the nature of the work of the ITF.

Excellent conditions accompany a starting salary of £32,282.00 plus an annual bonus of £2,690.17, rising to £39,587.00 plus an annual bonus of £3,298.92. Annual leave will start at 22 days per annum pro-rata in the year of joining.
