Salary: 27,120 per annum (i.e. 14.90 per hour) Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week Location: York Term: Fixed-term up to 12 months, maternity cover The Joseph Rowntree Foundation is an independent organisation working to inspire social change through research, policy and practice. We want to see a prosperous UK where everyone can play their part. Communicating and engaging through our content is central to JRF and JRHTs ability to influence. As a leader in social research, we are looking for a creative, adaptable Content Manager to help translate our wealth of material into meaningful, engaging content to bring its influencing power to life. This role is crucial in enabling us to maximise the opportunities that digital provides to better connect, engage and influence our key audiences. We are looking for someone to help us improve our communications as part of our team of content experts infographics, video you tell us! As a Content Manager you will be empowered to help us find innovative ways to tell the story and to better engage and influence. You will need to be a good people person with a strong understanding of the practical side of delivery, including helping to develop multi-channel communications. The role sits within the Content Team and the Communications and External Affairs Directorate. You will report to the Content Team Manager. It is based at our headquarters in York. You may be required to travel to London occasionally.
