Job Description

Salary: 27,120 per annum (i.e. 14.90 per hour) Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week Location: York Term: Permanent The Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF) and Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust (JRHT) are working together for a prosperous and poverty free UK where everyone can thrive and contribute. We are now seeking an enthusiastic project manager to work within our Neighbourhood Services team. This role will support the Neighbourhood Services Manager, colleagues in JRHT, JRF and external agencies to deliver the operational, culture and behavioural changes required to enable implementation of the JRHT Anti-Poverty landlord strategy and its initiatives. There will be a particular focus on the implementation of the JRHT Residents Loan Scheme. You will link JRF research through to operational delivery within JRHT and test innovative approaches to reducing poverty, identifying what may be replicable across other providers. At the heart of the work will be how these measures can assist JRHT in its .work to sustain tenancies and maximise incomes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record that demonstrates a thorough and empathetic understanding of the causes and impacts of poverty. You will be a strong team player with the ability to engage and motivate at all levels.
