Digital Inclusion Officer

Salary: �23,715 per annum (i.e. �13.03 per hour) Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week Location: York Term: Permanent Digital is one of four themes running through our new strategic plan and this role is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of the Digital Inclusion strategies for JRF and JRHT and to provide an advisory service to the organisation on policy and practice related to the use of social and digital media. This role will support a whole range of cross cutting digital activities including supporting the digital inclusion of our residents and tenants, working closely with our Policy and Research team to support the research work into Digital Inclusion and community development in Derwenthorpe and surrounding communities; and supporting the Communications team in the effective use of digital media at work. Reporting to the Head of IT and Information Services, this role will sit within the IT team. We are looking for someone who has an excellent understanding of digital technologies and the opportunities that it can provide to all our stakeholders including residents, tenants, staff and partners.
