Asset Surveyor

(18 Month Fixed Term Contract) Salary: �29,157 per annum + �2,058 Market Supplement Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week Location: New Earswick, York The JRHT strives to deliver excellent service, demonstrate innovation and best practice and to influence service providers across the UK. In order to support our Asset Management strategy and our Anti-Poverty Landlord strategy, we are looking for an asset surveyor to work in our Modernisation and Planned Maintenance Team. To plan, implement and project manage within the maintenance and improvement plan for our properties. Working within a customer focused, solution orientated environment, this is a varied and challenging post for someone who has experience of working in the housing sector and is comfortable working within a changing environment. Working within the Modernisation and Planned Maintenance Team, you will need to have experience in undertaking stock condition surveys, maintaining asset databases and asbestos data. The ability to project manage, ideally within the housing sector is essential, as well as a recognised building qualification and relevant experience.
