Derwenthorpe Manager

Salary: �33,270 per annum (i.e. �18.28 per hour) Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week Location: Derwenthorpe Term: Permanent Derwenthorpe is an award winning, unique, cross tenure community in York; comprising of housing and facilities which put into practice the latest construction and energy efficiency technologies. This exciting development is being built by the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust and Foundation in partnership with David Wilson Homes and will eventually consist of 490 high specification homes and associated community facilities. We are looking for a manager to develop our services and to work with residents to ensure that Derwenthorpe thrives and as a vibrant successful community. Bringing together the co-ordination of our services including research and resident involvement, this is a key role and an exciting opportunity to manage a growing development and a flourishing new community.
