Senior Finance Officer

We are looking for a passionate, innovative and engaging individual to join us as Senior Finance Officer within our Financial Services department leading a team of Finance Officers that provide a key service for our Care Services teams across the region. To be successful in this role we are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of providing a great customer service through strong leadership skills and an engaged team. Experience of managing staff/ teams remotely would be a great advantage. A collaborative approach to ways of working with both internal and external stakeholders is essential. You will have the confidence to work proactively and independently with effective time management skills to achieve efficiencies and meet deadlines. The ability to manage change through creativity and innovation that creates buy-in is essential. Ideally, you will have finance and /or accounting experience in care and social housing. Please note occasional travel to care homes will be required with this role; therefore a current and clean driving license is essential.
