Programme Development Manager
Programme Development Manager (B1) ITF Seafarers’ Trust
The International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF), a London-based international federation of around 708 transport trade unions in 154 countries representing over 4.5 million transport workers, is looking for a Programme Development Manager (B1) to be based in London and to start as soon as possible.
Duties and responsibilities
This is a challenging role working within the ITF Seafarers’ Trust to provide efficient and professional support to the Head of Trust in the delivery of services to the Trust and Trustees including the implementation of Trustees strategic, financial and welfare priorities.
The successful candidate will research and provide accurate data and information in the field of seafarer and maritime worker health and wellbeing, and contribute to learning and programme development at the global level.
Proven experience as a programme officer/project management and/or grant making experience is essential. Fluent written and spoken English is also essential and knowledge of another language would be an advantage.
Excellent conditions accompany a starting salary of £43,885.00 per annum plus an annual bonus of £3,657.08, rising to £52,121.00 per annum plus an annual bonus of £4,343.42. Annual leave will start at 22 days per annum pro-rata in the year of joining. Other details of the conditions applicable are available on request including a relocation package.
