Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week

The JRHT strives to deliver excellent service, demonstrate innovation and best practice and to influence service providers across the UK. The Property Services section within JRHT deliver a Repairs and Maintenance programme through their in-house team. This is an important time for the Property Services Team as they are looking to grow their existing team and expand their work and skill base. We are now looking for a Works Planner to complement our existing team and support the full implementation of mobile working and our work growth.
Working within a customer focused environment, this is an exciting and challenging post for someone who has experience of planning & scheduling work preferably in a Repairs and Maintenance environment which supports mobile working. Working in the housing sector, the role requires someone who is comfortable working within a demanding and changing environment with a proven ability to meet deadlines and a keen focus on performance.
Being the right candidate for the role you will ideally have experience of planning and scheduling works through the use of Total I.T systems and an accompanying understanding of mobile technology, preferably with some construction trade experience.
