Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week
Location: New Earswick, York

The JRHT strives to deliver excellent service, demonstrate innovation and best practice and to influence service providers across the UK. In order to support our Asset Management strategy and our Anti-Poverty Landlord strategy, we are looking for a Modernisation and Planned Maintenance Manager to run our Housing Improvement Programme.

Working within a customer focused, solution orientated environment, this is an exciting and challenging post for someone who has experience of the housing sector and who is comfortable working within a changing environment.

You will need to have experience of managing a modernisation or planned maintenance programme, as well as a recognised building qualification at degree level or equivalent.
