Permanent, Full time � 39 hours per week Trades � Electrical, Joinery, Plumbing, General Building, Painting & Decorating The JRHT Property Services team delivers a responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance service to the customers of JRHT and its housing stock. The Property Services team is currently going through major changes in the way it delivers these services. As part of these changes, and to assist the continuous growth of the Property Services team, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for Apprenticeships in the Electrical, Plumbing, Joinery, General Building, Painting & Decorating trades. This is an exciting opportunity for Apprentices to join JRHT and work within a customer focused, solution orientated environment. You will need: - A minimum of 3 GCSEs including Maths and English for Joinery, General Building and Painting & Decorating trades. - A minimum of 4 GCSEs including Maths and English for Electrical and Plumbing trades. - Please note: If you are applying for the Electrical Apprenticeship you will already need to be enrolled for the Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Technical with York College.
