Full time: 35 hours per week Salary: �48,264 Location: York (JRF may be able to contribute towards re-location costs) Communicating and engaging through our content is central to JRF and JRHT�s ability to influence. As a leader in social research, we have a wealth of material to translate into meaningful, engaging content, and now there are multiple channels to bring its influencing power to life. This post is crucial in providing organisational leadership to ensure we are maximising the opportunities that digital provides to align our content with how influencers and users are best engaged. The role requires exceptional knowledge in the areas of digital publishing and latest digital communications developments, and how to apply them. It requires experience of leading a content team for a high-profile organisation and designing, developing and delivering a content strategy. The role is part of the Communications and External Affairs Directorate, and heads one of three teams within the department responsible for content strategy, development and delivery. The role reports directly to the Director of Communications & External Affairs and is part of the directorate�s senior management team. The post holder line manages the Content Team Manager, who manages a team of 3 Content Managers and a Designer. It is based at JRF�s headquarters in York, with frequent travel to London and occasional travel throughout the UK.
