Job DescriptionSalary - £29,628 up to £31,860 per annum (starting point depending on skills and experience)
Temporary – 6 month fixed term contract
Full time – 39 hours per week
The JRHT strives to deliver excellent service and to demonstrate innovation and best practice to influence service providers across the UK. To support this function we are looking for a Service Manager to run our Property Services DLO team. You will need to have experience of running a DLO team, co-ordinating responsive, planned and cyclical repairs together with modernisation and major repair programmes.
Working within a customer focused, solution orientated, environment, this is an exciting and challenging post for someone who has experience of the housing sector and who is comfortable working within a changing environment.
You will need to:
• be able to demonstrate technical competence
• have sound managerial experience
• show commitment to delivering customer focused services
