Hours of work: Full time (39 per week) Location: New Earswick Please note that this salary will rise to at least �19,572 per annum with effect from 1 January 2015. The Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust is looking for a member of staff to join its team of operatives involved in the repair, maintenance and modernisation of our housing stock. The successful applicant will have a wide ranging knowledge of construction and associated activities. Duties will include; bricklaying, plastering, rendering, paving, groundworks, concreting minor glazing and tiling. A thorough understanding of customer care and the ability to work within the ethos of the Trust are essential.
