Residential Caretaker

Full time, 39 hours per week Rowntree Warf, York Salary: �16,668 per annum (�8.22 per hour) plus 2 bedroom accommodation We are looking to appoint an experienced and customer focused caretaker to work at our Grade 2 listed building close to the centre of York. The building is primarily residential. You will be the first point of contact and representative of Joseph Rowntree Foundation for residents, visitors and commercial tenants at Rowntree Wharf. You will ensure that the premises and immediate environment are safe secure and well maintained. As well as undertaking a range of cleaning duties, you will also be on hand to answer queries from residents, visitors and contractors. You will be well organised, keen to deliver a service to the highest standards, possess excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
