Estates Surveyor

Salary - �24,684 or up to �26,412 depending on skills and experience Full time � 35 hours per week The JRHT strives to be excellent in service delivery and to demonstrate innovation and best practice to influence service providers across the UK. To support this function we are looking for an Estates Surveyor in our property services team. You will need to have experience of co-ordinating responsive, planned and cyclical repairs and modernisation programmes within a customer focused, solution orientated, environment. This is an exciting and challenging post for someone who has experience of working within the housing sector and who is experienced in the delivery of responsive and planned works.
