Community Development Manager

Full time � 35 hours per week The JRHT strives to be excellent in service delivery and to demonstrate innovation and best practice to influence service providers across the UK. We are committed to community development as an area of our work in particular encouraging local people and groups to provide volunteering opportunities, develop digital access and ensuring that services and opportunities are joined up. This new opportunity has been created to help us deliver this area of work and achieve our aspirations. This is an exciting and challenging post for someone who has experience of working with people and in communities. You should be flexible, creative and motivational, with good communication skills. The role will require innovation, creative thinking and excellent partnership development skills.
