The Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust is looking to appoint an enthusiastic graduate (surveying or construction related) with at least one years experience, which includes stock condition survey work ideally in a housing environment.
We are looking for someone who can work with others in a collaborative way across the various departments and external stakeholders such as contractors, building control, planners etc and is committed to engaging with residents, ensuring their needs are taken into account.
This post has been created within the Development and Asset Management team to work within a team which delivers our Improvement Plan projects to our primarily housing assets. The role will include project management for some of these projects and, in addition, will include ongoing surveying work as part of maintaining and improving the information we hold on Keystone, our asset management database.
The post offers the opportunity for someone to contribute to ensuring that we are managing our assets in the most efficient way possible and delivering projects which will enhance the lives of our customers.
