Resident Involvement Officer

Full time � 35 hours per week The JRHT strives to be excellent in service delivery and to demonstrate innovation and best practice to influence service providers across the UK. We are committed to developing resident involvement as an area of our work in particular to enable residents to be meaningfully involved in influencing, scrutinising and shaping the services they receive; improving and developing services which meet their needs. An opportunity has arisen to help us deliver this area of work and achieve our aspirations. This is an exciting and challenging post for someone who has experience of working with residents. You should be flexible, creative and motivational with excellent communication skills. You will need: � A commitment to engaging residents in monitoring and scrutinising services. � Experience of undertaking service inspections assessments and developing SMART action plans. � Experience of facilitating mixed and diverse groups of people.
