What you will bring…
To be considered as our Principal Analyst, you will need:
- Proven experience in leading and developing analytical teams
- In-depth knowledge of analytical content development, particularly in acute, community, and ambulance secondary health services
- A strong track record of working with and managing datasets on quality of care, and experience developing indicators, risk models, and analytic outputs
- Demonstrated ability to set and manage strategy within a portfolio
- Skills in developing and managing collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
What you’ll be doing…
As our Principal Analyst, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of analytical content for acute, community, and ambulance services
- Set the strategy and manage a portfolio of analytic outputs, including indicators and risk models
- Develop and maintain datasets to support content creation, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance to CQC’s goals
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop long-term, productive relationships
- Support cross-CQC initiatives and lead technical or specialist projects within your remit
